Wholesale lender launches First Class, Business Class, Premium Class, Connecting Flight Seconds, and Skyline DSCR to serve brokers and their borrowers across the credit spectrum
Santa Ana, CA -- June 8, 2026 -- JET Mortgage, a wholesale mortgage lender and Direct Seller Servicer of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, today announced the launch of five new Non-QM loan programs designed to expand financing options for mortgage brokers and their clients. The expanded product suite reflects JET's commitment to delivering flexible, broker-first solutions in a market where traditional income documentation no longer reflects how many Americans earn and invest.
The New Programs
First Class -- JET's flagship Non-QM product for primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. Loan amounts up to $3.5 million. Supports Full Doc (12 or 24 months), Bank Statement (12 or 24 months), 1099, WVOE, and Asset Depletion/Asset Qualifier income types. Interest-only available. Max DTI up to 55% with compensating factors.
Business Class -- For the borrower who has alternative income documentation. Supports Full Doc, 12- and 24-month Bank Statements, and 1099 across primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. Loan amounts up to $3M. First-time homebuyers eligible with housing history.
Premium Class -- A tiered Non-QM solution for borrowers just outside Agency guidelines. Supports Full Doc, Bank Statement, 1099, P&L Only, and WVOE/Asset Depletion across primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. FICO from 620. Loan amounts up to $4M with Sr. Management approval.
Connecting Flight Seconds -- A stand-alone second lien that lets borrowers access equity without disturbing a first mortgage. Supports Full Doc, Bank Statement, 1099, WVOE, P&L Only, and DSCR across primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. Up to 90% CLTV on owner-occupied loans up to $2M.
Skyline DSCR -- Investment property financing that qualifies entirely on property cash flow. No personal income docs, no tax returns, no employment verification. Qualifies on lease income or short-term rental receipts. Loan amounts up to $3M. Short-term rental eligible with min FICO 700 and 1.0 DSCR.
