Broker approval questions, answered
How do I become an approved JET Mortgage wholesale broker?
Approval is a two-step process. First, complete the online broker application through the secure sign-up portal linked on this page. Once your package is reviewed and approved, you receive portal credentials and can begin registering and submitting loans immediately.
What documents are required for broker approval?
The broker application package includes the TPO application, a broker access request form, and a lender-paid compensation addendum. All three are available on the Forms & Resources page, and the sign-up portal collects them electronically.
Do I need to be approved before submitting a scenario?
No. Any licensed mortgage professional can send a scenario to the JET Mortgage Scenario Desk or use the free Bank Statement Calculator before approval. Registering and locking a loan requires a completed broker approval.
Who do I contact about my broker approval status?
Your assigned Account Executive tracks your file through approval. You can also reach the JET Mortgage team directly at 949-652-7818 or info@jetmortgage.com for an update on a pending application.
How do existing brokers renew their approval?
Approved brokers renew annually through the Recertification page, which links to the electronic recertification application. Keeping recertification current preserves uninterrupted portal access and loan registration.
